At Sherwood Mfg. we have been working with shipping dunnage for over 50 years. This is where our strengths are. As Tier 1 Vendors for Ford for over 35 years we have designed and built shipping dunnage for about 75% of their North American Fleet; and for Harley Davidson we have designed and built dunnage for over 80% of their North American Fleet over the past 20 years.
Currently we have 20 robotic and 4 manual welding stations as well as 2 major areas we use for various assemblies. We design and build our own fixtures/jigs in house and have access to a great paint/e-coat source just down the road.
Our main focus is with mild steel.
